The first general assembly meeting

The first meeting of the multi-purpose cooperative society was held in Riyadh on Sunday 26/2/1440 AH. The meeting dealt with the approval of the most important decisions that facilitate the affairs of the association, including: 1. Approve the approval of the association's regulation. 2. Approving the approval of the association's board of directors 3. Approving the authorization of the Board of Directors to set up projects, borrow and invest, and provide guarantees and mortgages 4. Addressing the Social Development Center in Riyadh to open an account in a bank. 5. Addressing the Social Development Center to apply for a land grant to establish a headquarters for the association 6.
