Establishment of the Society
The society was established in accordance with the Cooperative Societies System issued by Cabinet Resolution No. 73 on 9-3-1429 and its subsequent amendments and implementing regulations, and in accordance with the provisions of this regulation, which is (a multi-purpose cooperative society) No. 303 on 1439/11/6 AH.
Society's Area of Operation
The society's area of operation is the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its center is in Riyadh. It can be moved by a decision of the General Assembly to any other location within the Kingdom, provided that this transfer does not harm another society.
