Founding the association
The association was established in accordance with the system of cooperative societies issued by Council of Ministers Resolution No. 73 and the date of 3/3/1429 and the amendments to it and executive regulations issued by it and the provisions of the provisions of these regulations, which are (Multipurpose Cooperative Association 11/306 No. 1163)
Assembly work area
The work area of the association is the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as is its center in Riyadh It can be transferred by decision of the General Assembly to any other place within the Kingdom. On the condition that this transfer would not be harmful to another association
